PAYMENT METHOD

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

For payment by credit card we use the secure SSL system: upon confirmation of the order, the credit card data will be transferred to the card manager, via a protected encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, for authorization and debit . A safe and risk-free procedure that protects the customer from any possible abuse. We remind you that, thanks to this system, Moreali Tessile Casa does not display the credit card number of its customers in any way. 

Moreali Tessile Casa reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents that demonstrate ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide this information, Moreali Tessile Casa reserves the right not to accept the purchase order. 

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered with the PayPal circuit. Your financial data will not be shared with Moreali Tessile Casa but will be managed directly by PayPal.
In case of cancellation of the order (either by the customer or by Moreali Tessile Casa) the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Moreali Tessile Casa will not be responsible for delays or damage caused during the refund phase.

Products purchased by bank transfer are reserved only after receiving a copy of the bank transfer via fax or e-mail.
Moreali Tessile Casa will send the products only when the relevant amount is credited to the current account indicated above.
