PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

For credit card payments, we use the secure SSL system: upon order confirmation, the credit card details will be transferred to the card issuer via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection for authorization and charging. A secure and risk-free procedure that protects the customer from any possible abuse. We remind you that, thanks to this system, Moreali Tessile Casa does not view in any way the credit card number of its customers. 

Moreali Tessile Casa reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or to send copies of documents that demonstrate ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information, Moreali Tessile Casa reserves the right not to accept the purchase order. 

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

"We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered with the PayPal network. Your financial data will not be shared with Moreali Tessile Casa but will be handled directly by PayPal."
In case of order cancellation (either by the customer or by Moreali Tessile Casa), the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Moreali Tessile Casa will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during the refund process.

The products purchased by bank transfer are reserved only after receiving the copy of the completed transfer via fax or email.
Moreali Tessile Casa will only send the products when the corresponding amount has been credited to the above-mentioned bank account.
