RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer-consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity) may exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason).
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Moreali Tessile Casa within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Note Well: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal is nonetheless subject to the following conditions:
1. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original product packaging is prohibited);
3. The shipment, until it arrives at our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

Moreali Tessile Casa is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Packages sent cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances. 


REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER

"Subject to any restoration costs for verified damages to the original packaging, Moreali Tessile Casa will reimburse the customer the amount already paid for the product, excluding transportation costs, through a reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card or via Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide their bank details (IBAN Code)." 

REFUNDS FOR EXTERNAL EU CLIENTS

The shipping cost for the return of the purchased product is the responsibility of the customer, and for countries outside the EU, the final refund refers to standard refunds.

WHEN DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRE

The right of withdrawal ceases in cases where Moreali Tessile Casa ascertains: 
1. Partial use of the asset;
2. The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
4. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. 

In the cases mentioned above, Moreali Tessile Casa will return the purchased item to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs. 

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards Moreali Tessile Casa regarding the Purchase Contracts must be addressed to Customer Service by writing to servizio morealitessilecasa@gmail.com.

 

COMPETENT FORUM

The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and Moreali Tessile Casa is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For any disputes, the Judicial Authority of Modena will be competent.
