Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) can exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason).
To exercise this right, the customer must send Moreali Tessile Casa a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
1. The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
2. To limit damage to the original packaging we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original packaging of the product is prohibited);
3. The shipment, until it arrives in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

Moreali Tessile Casa is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Under no circumstances will parcels be collected cash on delivery or freight collect. 

REFUND TO CUSTOMER

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Moreali Tessile Casa will reimburse the customer for the amount already paid for the product, excluding transport costs, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by Bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide their bank details (IBAN code). 

During the SALE period and for goods in the OCCASIONS department, Moreali Tessile Casa does not provide a cash refund on items discounted from 30% to 50%, but after the return of the product, Moreali Tessile Casa will issue a voucher code equal to the value of the returned goods to be used within the calendar year. Shipping costs are always excluded from this voucher.

REFUNDS FOR EXTERNAL EU CLIENTS

The shipping cost for returning the purchased product is borne by the customer and for countries outside the EU the final refund refers to standard refunds.

WHEN DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRE

The right of withdrawal lapses in cases in which Moreali Tessile Casa ascertains: 
1. Partial use of the asset;
2. The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
4. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. 

In the cases indicated above, Moreali Tessile Casa will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender. 

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards Moreali Tessile Casa relating to the Purchase Contracts must be addressed to Customer Service by writing to servizio morealitessilecasa@gmail.com

COMPETENT FORUM

The Purchase Contract between the Customer and Moreali Tessile Casa is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. The Judicial Authority of Modena will be competent for any dispute.
