SHIPPING

Packages are generally sent within 1-2 days (weekends excluded) from receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS or TNT with tracking to conveniently track the shipment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees and postal charges.

We recommend grouping the items into a single order. It is not possible for us to combine two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each order with an amount below the minimum threshold for free shipping and cannot be refunded.

The boxes are adequately large and the items are well protected: to respect the environment, whenever possible, we try to recycle and give new life to the hundreds of boxes we receive every day from our suppliers. This way we manage to keep the threshold for free shipping as low as possible.

RESI

According to the Consumer Code, the return of products that do not meet the customer's requests is always possible, within and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods by the customer.

Returns are always the customer's responsibility, who can choose the courier that best suits their needs at their discretion.

Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Before making the return, we ask you to contact us via email at assistenza@morealishop.com.

To make a return, you need to send back the items unused and in their original packaging to:

NO we do not accept returns or complaints regarding goods that are wash, used or without original packaging.

We recommend using a second box to protect the products, it is prohibited to apply labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product.
"The shipment, until it arrives at our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer."

FALL

In case of a defect found on a product, we ask you to report it (within the first 14 days from the receipt of the product) via email to assistenza@morealishop.com, so that we can easily verify that it is a packaging defect and not due to washing or use by the customer.

"In no case will it be possible to ascertain a manufacturing defect on a product that has undergone a wash by the customer."

'In the event of doubtful or suspicious cases, Moreali Tessile Casa reserves the right to analyze the product to certify the origin of the damage.'

Once it has been established that the defect is attributable to the packaging, Moreali Tessile Casa will commit to retrieving the products at its own expense, issuing a voucher or a partial or total refund, evaluating on a case-by-case basis in agreement with the customer. 

REFUNDS

As soon as the package has been returned to the store, and it is confirmed that the product is unused and in its original packaging, we will proceed with the refund of the amount spent, net of the initial shipping costs (using the same payment method used by the customer) or the issuance of a store credit equal to the amount spent, net of the initial shipping costs.

The refund methods are to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with the staff, and we always recommend contacting us at the email. assistenza@morealishop.com.

In the event that the customer decides to opt for the replacement of the item with another in the assortment, the shipping cost is always € 6, regardless of the value of the product chosen as a replacement.

The right of withdrawal expires with:

1. Partial use of the asset;
2. The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
4. Damage to the product. 

In the cases mentioned above, Moreali Textile Home will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the same for the shipping costs.

Moreali Textile Home "is not liable in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Packages sent cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances."
